A Half Day with Cleeve Financial Planning, Professional Headshots & Natural Lifestyle Imagery

I recently spent a half day with Cleeve Financial Planning at their office in Stoke Gifford, Bristol, creating a set of fresh, professional images to support their new branding across web, print, and social platforms.

From the moment I arrived, the focus was clear, create imagery that felt approachable, confident, and genuinely reflective of the team behind the business.

Making Headshots Feel Easy

For many people, being in front of a camera can feel uncomfortable, especially in a professional setting. A big part of my role on the day was helping everyone relax.

I kept things simple, talked each team member through the process, and created a calm environment where there was no pressure to perform. The result was a set of clean, natural headshots that still feel professional, but most importantly, feel like them.

Bringing the Office to Life with Lifestyle Photography

Alongside headshots, I also captured a range of lifestyle images around the office. These weren’t staged in a rigid or overly corporate way. Instead, I encouraged the team to interact naturally, whether that was conversations at desks, collaborative moments, or simply going about their day.

This approach helps create imagery that feels authentic and usable across multiple platforms, especially for websites and LinkedIn where personality matters just as much as professionalism.

A Cohesive Visual Set for a Growing Brand

By the end of the session, Cleeve Financial Planning had a full set of images ready to go:

  • Professional headshots for team profiles and LinkedIn

  • Lifestyle imagery for website and social media

  • High-resolution files suitable for print marketing

Everything was delivered fully edited and optimised for both web and print use, giving them a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

Why This Kind of Shoot Matters

In a service-based business, people buy into people. Strong, consistent imagery helps build trust before a conversation even starts.

A half-day shoot like this strikes the right balance, enough time to create a full library of content, without disrupting the working day.
